Affiliate Compliance Analyst
Overview:
Reach Media Inc, a division of Urban One, is seeking an experienced Affiliate Compliance Analyst.
Primary duties will include but are not limited to managing all aspects of network affiliation compliance, tracking, fulfillment, reconciliation and reporting of affiliate radio stations and other duties as assigned.
Location: This position is currently a work from home position. Candidates must reside in a city where Reach Media currently does business and has an office: Dallas, Silver Spring MD, Atlanta or Chicago as this position may possibly change to a hybrid in-office status.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Affiliate Agreements to ensure compliance with Affiliate Contracts and Research Lineups
- Produce compliance reporting as it relates to Affiliate Agreements, Commercial Delivery and Proof of Performance requirements
- Address Non-Compliance issues and resolve or escalate as necessary
- Generate and reconcile station lists, lineups, research, and delivery data to ensure consistency across different sources and systems
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on a timely basis and on schedule for multiple audiences
- Interface with Station personnel for adds, changes, and issue resolution
- Collaborate closely and interface with Affiliate Relations, Sales Service, Research, Operations, 3rd party vendors /partners, and affiliate radio stations
- Perform additional duties, tasks and projects as directed by Management.
- Provide backup to department head as needed
Requirements:
- Create and maintain accurate records from different systems and be able to reconcile and find inconsistencies
- Enter and track affiliation records and maintain accurate data and dates
- Experience with MS Excel to analyze structured data to extract and compile clean and consistent data from different sources and reconcile differences
- Ability to produce, create, and maintain accurate compliance reports
- Strong analytical, data management, record keeping, and reconciliation skills
- Must be able to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
- Must possess exceptional organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills including a high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
- Must have good customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) and be very detail-oriented
- Proven ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
- 2 years professional business experience - Data Analytics, Media Affiliate Relations, Compliance, or Sales Service background preferred
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
