Executive Producer, Incognito Show
Overview:
Syndicated Network targeting the African-American community is seeking an Executive Producer for the Incognito syndicated radio show.
Candidate will be responsible for on-air show operations including audio board operations, producing various audio elements - jingles & promos and programming packages; maintaining & importing audio commercials, loading commercial logs TXT files, and troubleshooting for the Incognito show.
The position is located in Atlanta, GA.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of audio board operations for Incognito show.
- Collaborate with talent and production staff to produce audio elements to brand daily radio shows.
- Assist engineering with troubleshooting technical problems relating to show equipment.
- Assist in producing Programming packages as needed for Incognito show.
- Load the Audio Vault Wide Orbit with all files needed to run Incognito show including music, jingles, sound effects, interviews, and comedy bits.
- Prepare and maintain program commercial logs for Incognito show.
- Import commercials and TXT files to the Broadcast computer at scheduled times.
- Set-up Remote Broadcast for Incognito show including booking studio time; insuring staff at each studio; setting up broadcast equipment testing with corresponding engineers.
- Provide creative imaging services including voice ID’s, promos, pre-recorded shows, and special production for Incognito show.
- Produce daily show promos and bulk send to radio station affiliates.
- Prepare “best of” show when needed.
- Assist in preparing remote broadcast budgets for show.
- Provide board operator and production assistance as needed/requested by management for other Reach Media programming.
- Attend scheduled meetings with talent and senior management.
- Assist with the management of liners/drops, ID’s for affiliates and show operations as assigned by management.

- Creative problem solving to make spontaneous decisions under time constraints.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure situations.
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strong computer skills including Internet website navigation, competency in Microsoft Office Suite and broadcast related programs.
- Strong technical skills including knowledge of basic audio editing equipment-Audio Wide Orbit, Adobe Audition, MCart technology and VoxPro to quickly and effectively screen calls.
- Strong understanding of the digital environment including website updates, video editing, blog maintenance and contributing to social media content (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc).
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed in order to support show demands.
High level of creativity and ability to develop show concepts.
Ability to travel as needed for remote broadcasts.
Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma or education degree (GED). BA/BS college level degree preferred and/or a minimum of 3 plus years relevant experience in broadcasting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Executive Producer.
- Strong understanding of all FCC rules and regulations.
- Network experience preferred but not required.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on qualifications/experience.
