Position Available:                Sales Coordinator, Ad Sales


Reach Media Inc, a division of Urban One, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support for Reach Media Network Account Managers. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to designated Account Managers.  Assist with proposals, orders, confirmations, copy, presentations, research, posts, airchecks and invoicing.
  • Acts as an extension of the Account Manager by assisting with plans, marketing materials, sponsorship proposals and recaps. 
  • Respond to client requests.
  • Communicate with multiple departments in the Company.
  • Attend scheduled meetings with Ad Sales department.  
  • Arrange travel itineraries including air, hotel and ground transportation as requested.
  • Fill-in for other sales coordinators when they are out.
  • Execute various projects as directed by Senior Management.


  • One to three years office experience. Network Radio Sales and Research experience including digital, podcasts, events and NTR a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks and shift focus, meet deadlines and possess strong time management skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and Zoom.
  • Experience with Counterpoint Sales and Traffic system preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills a must including the ability to interface with all levels of management, talent, staff and clients.
  • Knowledge of office equipment including phone, fax, scan and copier.
  • Must be a team player, possess a positive attitude and be able to work under pressure.


  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience working for a broadcasting, advertising agency or rep firm preferred.

Location:                      This position is currently work from home status however the company may return to the office in the near future and change to a hybrid status depending on location.  Candidates must reside in a city/state where Reach Media does business: Dallas, Silver Spring MD, Atlanta or Chicago.
