A) Music logs for The Tom Joyner Morning Show are available on the Programming Support Website at www.reachmediainc.com. Please contact Programming for a user name and password to access this website.

Q) How about promos?

A) Monday through Friday promos and other special programming will be fed at 9:40am CST each morning.If you have Local Liners for Tom to cut, please email them to tjmsliners@reachmediainc.com and then make sure you have tape rolling during this feed for three days following your request.

Q) What do I do when there are technical problems?

A) If you experience technical problems, call the Cumulus Technical Services immediately at (914) 908-3210. Give your station information and an Engineer will return your call as soon as possible.
